Known as one of the premiere career spokespeople of her generation, Alexandra regularly speaks nationwide at conferences, universities, and corporations including ABN AMRO, Campbell's Soup, CIGNA, the Federal Reserve Bank, and Whirlpool — on workplace issues facing young employees. Recently, Alexandra has also been called upon to speak to corporate C-suite audiences and Baby Boomer and Generation X managers about intergenerational talent issues. Specifically, she teaches strategies for working effectively with the new crop of twenty-somethings — known as the Millennials — that in the next 5-10 years will make up the majority of the workforce.
Alexandra also has ten years of experience providing integrated marketing communications solutions for Fortune 500 companies. She graduated from Northwestern University and resides in Chicago, IL with her husband Stewart and son Jonah.
